We have had numerous websites since the very beginning of the internet, however all of them were difficult and time consuming to edit. So when DealerWebs offered us a solution that seemed to fit the bill we were keen to get involved.

We were initially anxious regarding costs, however having been "live" for 6 six months now our concerns have subdued as we are getting a good number of quality leads from our new website on a daily basis. Customers comment on how good it is and staff find updating and editing relatively simple, with the used bike section particularly easy to use.

When we made the decision to upgrade our existing 5-WAYS site, we took the opportunity to speak to Matt & Peter of Dealerwebs. From the very first meeting I could see that these were guys we could work with. Professional and knowledgeable about our industry, the guys spoke plain English and whilst they knew their game inside out they didn't baffle us with web science like other firms had.

We did look at staying with our existing website providers, and a few others, but it soon became clear that they simply could not match Dealerwebs proposal in terms of design or functionality. Once we agreed terms the design and build process was slick and they stayed on schedule throughout the website build.

Right from the off we said the No.1 aim of our site was to generate more leads and since going live, on average our daily total number of leads has doubled. We also find customers are referring to the site far more when they visit our store.

In the midst of recession and falling bike sales nationally, we were acutely aware that we needed to up our game in terms of brand outreach and the power of online sales. We weren't seeing great results from our current website provider, and we needed a website solution that would cut the mustard. After extensive period of research, we decided that the only company by a long chalk that could deliver our vision was DealerWebs.

We know that we have achieved rapid growth because we have been very careful to employ and retain excellent people who can communicate our passion to customers. For instance, every one of the 70 people employed in our Motorcycle Division is a bike enthusiast – that matters to us because it makes a difference to our customers. Matt / Peter thanks for the great website! We have already added 90% of all our stock and can't believe how easy it is to add stock and navigate the site in general a pleasure to use.

I really love the fact that all of our Honda and Yamaha bikes and manufacturer offers are up to date, and we don't have to do anything. Also, the fact that we just upload our bikes via BikeTrader as normal and they appear in our website is great.

I have to say, the real difference I have noticed (already!) is the increase in sales enquiries we have experienced since we changed from our other website - and I'm amazed at the results are showing in Google already. Something we were really missing out on before...
